Responsibilities include management of staff, all aspects of imaging

duties including encoding documents on 7780 item processing sorter, balancing of all bank transactions, transferring totals to an AS400, and  delegating of job duties and overseeing operations.

Teller, North Dallas Bank & Trust Company      1998 - 1999

Responsible for customer service for personal banking, cash handling, and balancing reconciliation.  Experience in credit card cash advance, providing customized service, and using a teller computer system including electronic mail communication.  Knowledge of EXCEL software.

Responsible for balancing all incoming transactions.  Knowledge and experience in the transition of equipment technologies from the 7760 proof machine to current imaging equipment by Peerless.

Instructed children in a variety of age groups from pre-school to age twelve.  Duties included scheduling daily activities, arranging meals,  field trips, provided transportation by driving school bus for after-school groups, and securing the facility at the end of the day.
